We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalized products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards or clearance items

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
